- Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, emailed once shipped.
Return & Exchange Information (Standard Products Only)
- Standard products may be returned within 30 days if defective, damaged during shipping, or shipped incorrectly.
- For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, hxbyx covers return shipping (customers pay initially, reimbursement provided after receipt and inspection).
