1. Return Eligibility

Standard (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days after delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.

2. Custom Products

HXBYX specializes in custom EVA products designed according to customer specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is different from the confirmed order or CAD design

If any of the above issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If applicable, include photos or videos showing the problem.

6. Return Shipping Costs
