How Custom Orders Work
Customers can place orders directly through our website. You can choose to customize your product by selecting options during checkout or by contacting our customer service team.
Available customization options include:

Color – Choose your preferred EVA color

Texture – Teak, Diamond, Brushed, or other patterns

Thickness – Select the thickness suitable for your application

Logo – Add your personalized logo engraving or design
Customers can also submit files or images, such as CAD drawings, templates, or design sketches, to help us produce the perfect product.
Step 1 – Place Your Order

Select the desired product from our website.

Choose the custom options you want (Color, Texture, Thickness, Logo).

Submit any additional design files or instructions either in the order form or by contacting customer support.

Complete payment via PayPal (including credit/debit card options).
Step 2 – CAD Design
Once we receive your order and customization details, our design team will create a CAD drawing of your product reflecting your specifications.
This CAD drawing helps you visualize the final product before production.
Step 3 – Customer Confirmation
We will send the CAD design to you for review.
Production will only begin after both:

Your payment is received

You confirm the CAD design
Customers may request reasonable revisions to the CAD design. Additional changes may incur extra charges if extensive modifications are required.
Step 4 – Production
After CAD confirmation and payment, your order will enter production.
Production time: 5–10 business days (depending on product complexity)
Our team uses professional equipment and marine-grade EVA materials to ensure high-quality, precise cuts and finishes.
Step 5 – Shipping
Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using reliable carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx).
You will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your shipment.
