By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for our products. However, due to differences in monitor displays, production batches, or materials, actual product color, texture, and size may vary slightly from images or descriptions.

For custom products:

You are responsible for providing accurate specifications, measurements, templates, or design files.
HXBYX will produce the product according to the confirmed CAD design.
Once production begins, custom products are generally non-refundable unless defective.

3. Orders

Orders can be placed directly on the website or through our customer support team.
All orders are subject to acceptance by HXBYX. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be completed via PayPal (including credit/debit card option) before production begins.
Order confirmation emails are sent upon successful payment and receipt of order details.

4. Custom Orders

Custom products follow a clear workflow:

Customer submits specifications, options, or files.
HXBYX creates a CAD design for review.
Customer confirms CAD design.
Production begins (5–10 business days).
Finished products are shipped with tracking information.

Customers may request reasonable revisions to the CAD design before production. Any extensive changes beyond reasonable revisions may incur additional charges.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
HXBYX does not store or have access to your credit card information.
Taxes, duties, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country; customers are responsible for these fees.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Huizhou, China using DHL, UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Standard shipping to the United States: 10–15 business days
Express shipping to the United States: 3–8 business days
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
HXBYX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or customs clearance.

7. Returns and Refunds

Standard products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Custom products are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to seller error.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including images, text, product designs, logos, and CAD designs, are owned by HXBYX or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HXBYX shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profit or revenue
Errors due to incorrect information provided by customers

Our liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of China. By placing an order, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts for any disputes arising from your purchase.
