This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and replacement requests are handled.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Standard Products
Standard EVA sheets and non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

The product is defective

The product arrives damaged

The wrong item was delivered

The item remains unused and in original condition
1.2 Custom-Made Products
Custom orders are produced according to the customer’s measurements, templates, or selected boat models.
Because they cannot be resold, custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
However, custom orders may be returned or replaced if there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Such cases require photo or video proof.
2. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Email us at info@hxbyx.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

Name and contact information

Reason for return

Photos or videos showing defects/damage (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.

Ship the item back to the address provided in your RA instruction.
Returns without RA approval cannot be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Fees
3.1 When hxbyx Covers the Return Shipping
If the return is due to:

Product defect

Production error
-
Wrong item shipped

Damage during delivery
You may ship the product back using your local courier.
You will be reimbursed for the return shipping cost within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Reimbursement is based on reasonable local shipping rates.
3.2 When the Customer Covers the Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs if:

The return is due to personal preference

The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or model

The product is not defective
4. Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:

Unused

In original packaging (if applicable)

Free from cuts, stains, or installation marks
Items that show signs of use cannot be returned unless related to a confirmed defect.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same rules as returns.
A replacement product will be shipped once:

Or defect proof is confirmed
6. Processing Time

Return Inspection: Completed within 2–5 business days after the returned item arrives at our facility.

Reimbursement for Return Shipping Fees (eligible cases): Issued within 7 business days.

Exchange or Replacement Shipment: Arranged immediately after the return is approved and inspection is completed.
